Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Maria és a családja végtelenül aranyos, kedves, és segítőkész volt velünk. Az apartmann jól felszerelt, akadálymentes, és szép a kilátás a teraszról a tengerre. Torrevieja tengerpartján számos csodálatos strand van. Az apartmann a közeli strandtól egy utca választja el. A városban számos kulturális-; szabadidős-; sportlehetőség is biztosítja az aktív pihenést. Húsvéti héten jártunk a városban. Csodálatos volt minden! Köszönjük Máriának a csodálatos élményt ❤️ Biztosan visszatértünk még ❤️

Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

La verdad que no pudimos haber escogido mejor sitio para nuestras vacaciones. La casa esta super bien, los aires enfriaron a tope, es pet friendly, limpia y la playa esta super cerca! 100% recomendado! ❤️❤️

We verbleven met twee volwassenen en drie kinderen in het appartement. Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras is super! Het is heerlijk om elke dag met zo'n uitzicht wakker te worden. Het terras heeft een heerlijke eettafel en voldoende schaduw en privacy. De keuken is uitstekend uitgerust, we hebben zelfs een taart gebakken. De supermarkt is vlakbij, net als het zwembad en het strand. het appartement is bovendien heel goed bereikbaar met de auto, en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. In mei was het er niet druk, weinig lawaai. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Wietske! Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Mietern teilt und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und direkt vor der Tür ist ein super Restaurant! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und war sehr gepflegt! Der Strand direkt an der Wohnung ist nicht ganz so schön, wenn man aber ein Stück geht, findet man ein paar schöne Ecken und mit dem Auto kann man zu vielen schönen Stränden fahren.

Die Unterkunft war für uns ein echter Glücksgriff. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit den alten Türen hatte es uns angetan – richtig gemütlich und mit viel Charme eingerichtet, sodass man direkt in Urlaubsstimmung kommt. Die Umgebung ist auch super: nette Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, eine schöne Promenade zum Spazieren oder Shoppen, und zum nächsten Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Eve, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war total herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – ein bereits kaputter Wäscheständer wurde zum Beispiel sofort ersetzt. Supermärkte und gute Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge gibt’s ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Rundum eine richtig schöne Ecke zum Wohlfühlen!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement moderne, propre et stylé! Le balcon est très grand avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et le port. Javier a été d'une grande gentillesse et très réactif à nos demandes. Un grand merci !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im März 2025 und das trotz einiger Regentage. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung, die sowohl meiner Schwester mit ihren Kindern, als auch unseren Eltern und mir und meinem Partner alles geboten hat, was man sich wünschen kann. So ein toller Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Gracias!!

Nada que reprochar. La casa estaba en perfecto estado, como aparecía en las fotos, y Claudio estuvo muy atento siempre que lo necesité. Además, el piso esta situado a escasos metros de la playa como bien indica en la descripción, y la zona es muy tranquila, no hay nadie que te pueda molestar. Ha sido todo un acierto haber pasado 5 días allí y muy agradecido con el trato fenomenal de Claudio.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

We had an amazing holiday. Could not been better and we would love to rent the house again. We were 3 generations together and all of us had a great time. Will recommend the villa and JK Villa Rentals highly.

todo perfecto. apartamento en zona tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. la playa nada más cruzar la calle. la piscina te salva cuando hay bandera roja si tienes niños. y el garaje también es un gran añadido.

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

We had to book this property at the last minute, having checked out of our previous place that morning, and Javier made himself available to the point of meeting us with the keys within one hour of us confirming the booking (he responded immediately with answers to some questions that helped us decide). The place itself is great for many reasons: quiet, private, the pool directly outside the apartment, the open plan aspect allowing us to interact with cooking and relaxing, the two bathrooms, the proximity to the beach and its bars and market, its positioning for trips to Alicante, La Manga and so on. All in all, it is a very comfortable flat for a stay, whether you relax there or go out. Would be happy to book again.
