Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Fantastic experience!!! Our best stay at italy. The house is fully equipped, decorated with an excelent taste, everything is in excellent conditions, very clean We enjoyed a lot the pool and the precious galleria. Highly recommended for demanding guests. Francesca and tommaso were excellent hosts , very kind, flexible and generous. 10 points everything!!! Top house!!!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei den liebsten Gastgebern zu Gast. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool und der pflanzenreiche Garten sind wunderschön angelegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, sehr sozial, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum die Uhr wohl fühlt. Jegliche Wünsche werden schnell wie möglich umgesetzt. Claudine und Oliver haben auf Wunsch auch tolle Tipps für Ausflugsorte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die wir dankend angenommen haben. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Danke für die unvergesslichen Ferien.

Very spacious and clean villa. Everyone was very helpful with giving us recommendations on what to do and where to go. Area is very peaceful and easy to get to town centre.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Fabrizio. Er ist ein super Gastgeber, Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Es ist so ein schönes Anwesen und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

The house and location were beautiful. Waking up and stepping outside to the sound of the waves in the distance and the birdsong was dreamy. The space itself was restored wonderfully, and enough space for a couple. Kitchen was small but functional, and spotlessly clean like the rest of the house. All the flowers and trees make the large terrace very special. Walking distance to the small port town, which had a great feeling. You can walk five minutes and swim in the port, or drive for other swimming options. Cute bar and restaurant in Tricase port, more in Tricase town. Many thanks to Francesca and Francesco for welcoming us so warmly, even bringing us cake and some fresh produce which was a lovely touch! We had a truly wonderful stay.

We were looking for a small town in Italy. We found just that. Mostly locals. Giurdignano is about 10 to 15 minutes by car to Otranto. The village itself is very quaint, with one sports bar, 2 or 3 restaurant/pizzerias/a small grocery store, a little market, and a bakery. Everyone was very nice. The house is very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the weather didn't cooperate very much. To visit other cities, you need a car, or a driver. Communication was great between the owner, myself, and the management staff. I would return.

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Magnifique villa nichée au sommet d’une falaise surplombant l’adriatique. Si vous avez le courage s’ouvrir un œil au levé du soleil vous serez éblouis par ses magnifiques couleurs qui laissent apparaître les montagnes d’Albanie ! Les extérieurs sont soignés et entretenus avec goût, la piscine et simplement magique. L’accès à la plage, quoique sportif, est vraiment un plus dans cette région très fréquentée avec des plages de rochers. Tout est proposé pour vous y faire sentir à l’aise dès le seuil franchi! Nous recommandons cette location

Devo proprio dire che abbiamo trovato una cortesia,gentilezza ,disponibilità da parte di Alessandro e Mauro ,padroni di casa accellenti ;mai capitato di trovare persone così, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con un garbo ed educazione che non e da tutti , ci hanno coccolato con le vostre gradite sorpese che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo... possiamo solo dire che Alessandro è Mauro ci hanno regalato premure e il vero calore del Sud...semplicemente persone splendide. ..Grazie di Cuore e di tutto Compagnia dei cagnolini

We can't say enough about this villa and our host Farrah. We had 11 in our party and had plenty of room. We loved it so much that we ate most dinners in that we cooked in the gorgeous kitchen and outside on the grill. We walked to the water and town everyday, we rented a boat, we toured nearby beaches, we went to local fish markets for fresh catch of the day, we watched sunsets from the rooftop deck - it was just perfect! Put this as your number one choice!

We had such an amazing stay here. After touring around Puglia this was a welcome oasis of relaxation. Luca could not have been more helpful - he went above and beyond to help with recommendations and making sure everything was perfect for us. The grounds were much bigger than expected and the whole place was quiet. Gave us a true Italian experience and would not hesitate to book again :-)

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! It is located on the top of the hill with great use of the town and the sunshine was very beautiful. We were alone during the time of our stay so we can enjoy all the amenities ourselves in a very private way. The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for a summer chill out. It is only a short drive also from the nearest town and the beach and the location was quiet yet safe. It is equipped with a very beautiful furniture and all cooking equipment was available.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Wir waren überwältigt von der tollen Villa! Die Gastgeber Luca und Diego sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch, sehr Hilfsbereit und zur jederzeit Verfügbar. Sie haben uns auch tolle Willkommensgeschenke bereitgestellt. Herzlichen Dank für das! Was wir absolut geschätzt haben, waren die 4 Zimmer mit dem jeweiligen Badezimmern. Alles perfekt und schön! Es hat alles was mann braucht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in eurer schönen Villa! Kompliment!

Labai draugiška ir paslaugi šeimininkė, lanksčiai prisitaikė prie mūsų atvykimo ir išvykimo laiko. Pats būstas - ypatingai jaukus, tinkamas šeimai ar draugų kompanijai. Virtuvėje rasite visko, ko gali reikėti maisto gaminimui, o unikalus interjeras ir įvairios detalės sukuria fantastišką atmosferą. Galima leisti laiką prie baseino, žaisti tenisą ar vakaroti lauke. Lecce senamiestis lengvai pasiekiamas pėsčiomis, šalia yra daug kepyklėlių, restoranų, už 200 metrų - didelė maisto prekių parduotuvė. Apibendrinus - gaunate vilos suteikiamą komfortą, tačiau gyvenate prie pat senamiesčio. Ačiū už nuostabų laiką :)
