Dream vacations in the Resort

**Construction work is currently underway in front of the building, so there may be some noise during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

La Casa del Caballero - Apartamento con historia

Reformado por completo en el año 2025, este apartamento conserva la historia del edificio centenario en el que se sitúa. La reforma llevada a cabo por el estudio de arquitectura GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ ha conseguido rescatar los pavimentos hidráulicos originales ocultos bajo dos niveles de baldosas, restaurar las puertas balconeras y el mirador modernista de la fachada y poner en valor el ladrillo macizo de los muros de carga originales del edificio y su estructura de vigas de madera aserrada.
