Al Piccolo Nido ti senti a casa,l'host Stefano e la moglie Silvana incarnano perfettamente il concetto di accoglienza e vanno oltre la lungimiranza:l''appartamento è talmente completo che non vi mancherà nulla né per brevi né per lunghi soggiorni.Perfetto,confortevole, luminoso dagli spazi ben organizzati e liberi,tutto funziona e vi è molto di più di ciò che ci si aspetta comprese la delicatezza e la privacy sin dall'ingresso.E'stata una coccola e non un semplice soggiorno.Climatizzazione,acqua calda,cucina e materasso sono al Top. La zona è serena, vicinissima a tutto e ci si sposta con facilità sia a piedi che in auto poiche' ampia è la possibilità di parcheggio. Procedura di check-in impeccabile.

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

La casa di Sam diventa sin dall'ingresso il tuo spazio,ampia,ariosa,luminosa,ben arredata e riservata una vera perla dove il più è rappresentato dallo spazio esterno.Situata in zona perfettamente collegata senza alcun tipo di caos,ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Valerio è stato davvero perfetto! Fin dal primo contatto si è dimostrato un host gentile e disponibile, fornendoci indicazioni dettagliate per raggiungere la struttura. La casa è bellissima, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli e l’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissimo.

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Olbia at Anna-Maria's place and such great value. Apartment was spacious and really well appointed. Everything we needed for the nights we chose to eat in. The location couldn't be more central but was still very peaceful. We chose to hire a car for our excursions, thank you Anna Maria for the tip! Parking was free and relatively easy to find just on the water front about 3mins walk from the apartment. Anna-Maria was an excellent and friendly host. She was very responsive to messages and gave excellent check in instructions. Thank you!

Nagyon jó választás. Simone előre elküldte a szükséges információkat. A ház modern,jól felszerelt,gyönyörű lakóparkban ,kedves szomszédokkal. Az uszoda hibátlan. Sok kirándulásra van lehetőség .Bármikor visszamennék.

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle villa, bien située, calme. Ceci malgré un temps d'avril au début pluvieux, puis très venteux. L'environnement, en particulier l'île proche de la Caprera, se prête à de magnifiques randonnées. Le village de La Maddalena est très proche, 5' en voiture, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

In der wunderschönen Villa Ginepro haben wir fünf entspannte Tage im Frühling verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und bietet allen möglichen Komfort. Die Lage am Rande einer Feriensiedlung ist ruhig und doch zentral: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum von Palau, wo eine Reihe von guten Restaurants zu finden sind. Die Vermieter reagierten immer sofort auf Fragen und lösten unsere anfänglichen kleinen Probleme mit WLAN und Warmwasser freundlich und effizient. Für vier Personen ist die Villa perfekt geeignet, für sechs wird es allenfalls etwas eng, etwa wenn man wegen des Wetters nicht auf der Terrasse essen kann.

Das kleine, urige Haus befindet sich im Örtchen Mogorella im Landesinneren, etwa eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt. Es ist im Innern richtig schön hergerichtet worden, besonders Küche und Wohnzimmer sind klasse. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Mogorella selbst gibt es außer einem kleinen Supermarkt wenige Meter entfernt nichts, allerdings ist man in etwa einer halben Stunde sowohl am Meer als auch an einer der bedeutendsten Nuraghenanlage Sardiniens.

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Alloggio molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie funzionante) con un bel giardino/terrazza dove poter mangiare all’esterno e poter fare un bel barbecue. Nota positiva: il check-in et check-out flessibili ed in autonomia, posto macchina di fronte al giardino, un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi, l’host molto disponibile e reattivo. Nota negativa: la pulizia dell’alloggio al nostro arrivo, andava verificata poiché abbiamo dovuto rilavare federe e lenzuola. Vi erano 2 bagni nell’alloggio, ma purtroppo solo uno provvisto di doccia, e per un gruppo di 7 persone non è stato molto pratico, purtroppo la doccia esterna non era disponibile. La spiaggia più vicina non è a prossimità, per raggiungerla meglio andare in macchina. La piscina è più vicina all’alloggio, peccato che per accedervi bisogna pagare sdraio ed ombrellone. In generale abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giulias Appartement. Traumhäfte Strände sind in der Nähe, jeweils nur kurze Autofahrten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Sicht von der Terasse ist wunderschön! Giulia war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Vorn ein wunderbarer Pool direkt vor der Tür, wenig andere Gäste. Toller Blick in die markanten Berge. Hinten der Knaller: Loungeecke mit Sofas, schöner Essbereich und eine Outdoor-Küche - total privat, geschützt vor Sonne und fremden Blicken. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt!
