It is set in just under 2 acres of grounds which it shares with our other holiday let Hawthorn Lodge. Situated in the rural village of Coed y Paen. Only 5-minute walk to the Carpenters Arms country pub and restaurant and 10 minutes’ downhill walk to Llandegfedd Lake’s Visitor and Water Sports Centre which also has a lakeside café and walking trails.

The Whirlies Apartment

The apartment is in a Victorian house, c1860. We offer a suite with locked access, two bedrooms, lounge, large bathroom with bath, shower WC and sink. The lounge includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and crockery and cutlery. Small table, 4 chairs. Within a 100 meters, three takeaways, corner shop, two cafes, cash point, pharmacy, and doctors. Large seven seater hot tub, exclusive to the apartment, £20 for each night, paid in advance please. Minimum charge £40.

The Studio at Penyrheol Farm

Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

This apartment is set in an area with beautiful views of the valley. There are many local walks, just over the fence can take you in all sorts of directions over the mountains and hills surrounding Cwmtillery, or just take a stroll down to Cwmtillery Lake. 20 mins from the M4 corridor, this is a great bolthole for visiting the surrounding area, or just staying to visit family or friends. Please note that there is no separate bedroom. With 2 person outside bath for a romantic getaway

This self catering cottage has a large open plan kitchen / dining room with wood burning stove. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms and all the modern comforts as well as the traditional cottage feeling.
