Aqueduct Cottage located in Goytre Wharf canalside location

This grade 2 listed cottage is situated within Goytre Wharf. When it was built it housed the weighbridge and offices to weigh the loads carried by horse and carts which were ”on and off loading” to the canal boats at the wharf nearby. Now its a cosy two bedroom cottage available for short break and weekly self-catering holiday hire. Set in the historic and beautiful Goytre Wharf adjacent to the Mon Brec Canal and within the Brecon Beacon National Park. Easy access to the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Usk Valley. You can access the canal towpath to walk or cycle behind the cottage.Downstairs accommodation consists of a lounge / diner, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms with twin beds (Please note that the stairs are steeper than usual). In the lounge there is a Freeview TV / DVD player and a music system. All rooms are heated by individually controlled electric convector heaters and there is a traditional style electric flame effect stove in lounge fireplace. There is parking for one car right next to the cottage and additional cars can be accommodated in car parks on site at £1 per day or at Redline Boats at £3.50 per day. Pets are welcome but must be kept on the ground floor only. Beautiful rural cottage

This remote cottage on the Blorenge mountain is the perfect getaway, surrounded by woodland & meadows, with nature all around providing beautiful scenic views. If you're looking for an isolated spot to reconnect with yourself & nature, Craig Yr Hafod is for you. The property is up a steep, winding and bumpy road (with the last bit as a grassy track). We have hosted 100’s of guests in many different vehicles over the years but it is impritant that guests are aware that the track is challenging

Llanhilleth Miners Cottage with valley view

A wonderful little miner’s cottage located in the village of Llanhilleth in Blaenau Gwent. It's just a couple of minutes off the A467 bypass (A467 is NOT 20mph from M4 J28). Great for visiting the local tourists attractions, such as the UNESCO Blaenavon World Heritage center, the Brecon Beacons, castles, roman ruins and St. Fagans. Fast road to the M4 if visiting the coast. Dogs are welcome. Free on street parking and the local valley train to Cardiff Central Station just 6 mins walk away.

Lovely Cottage on the edge of a small farm

The Cottage is a spacious and delightful, cosy country cottage, featuring a large dog and child friendly garden with a hot tub available from 1st March until October. A private rural retreat on the edge of a small farm. Set in the countryside but only 5 minute drive to the local market town Abergavenny. This self catering cottage has a large open plan kitchen / dining room with wood burning stove. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms and all the modern comforts as well as the traditional cottage feeling.

Visit Wales 4 Star, self-catering, 2 bedroomed, detached country bungalow with private 'jacuzzi and sauna' rear garden and children's play area. It is set in just under 2 acres of grounds which it shares with our other holiday let Blackthorn Lodge. Situated in the rural village of Coed y Paen. Only 5-minute walk to the Carpenters Arms country pub and restaurant and 10 minutes’ downhill walk to Llandegfedd Lake’s Visitor and Water sports Centre which also has a lakeside café and walking trails.

Welcome to my home. A 19th century miner's cottage on the river cutting through the base of the valley, where nature meets history in a hidden corner of Wales. It is now an artist’s house- renovated and eclectically styled for a comfortable stay- you are invited to rest and listen to the river, before exploring the stories and histories on your green and pleasant doorstep. Nature reserves, pubs and shops are walkable, Brecon Beacons, Newport, Cardiff and Abergavenny drivable. Welcome home.

Barrwg, Rural self-catering cottage on farm

We have two self catering holiday cottages that are 4* graded with the welsh tourist board. They each have two twin rooms each that sleep up to 4 people. Bathroom(s) and additional toilet Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave fridge and freezer. Oil central heating via an external boiler and free view tv. Set on working sheep farm with far reaching views. Close to M4. Cardiff and shops and supermarkets as well as many restaurants and takeaways. We are close to many castles too.

Rose Cottage is a unique and cosy cottage, nestled in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It has beautiful views of the mountains from the rear of the property with a peaceful garden surrounded by nature. It has a lovely welcoming feeling and is ideal for a relaxing country break. Cosy & historic 2 bedroom Elizabethan cottage

Lovely cottage packed with ancient oak beams, doors, hearth with bread oven - if only these features could tell their stories. The cottage is semi-detached to the farmhouse ( also available to let, sleeps 8 ) but has its own large & secure private garden. All surrounded by historic parkland & set between the Monmouthshire Canal and the River Usk. The nearby village of Llanover is in a conservation area, the Brecon Beacons National Park is within a stones throw.
