But the best part is relaxing at this house with meditating views Lots of great hiking and biking. Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

*NOT impacted by FIRE * Enjoy a unique and tranquil getaway. Incredible views, surrounded by nature. clean, extremely comfortable, 2022 PUMA travel trailer has everything you need to feel completely at home. Because it’s small, it’s best suited for 1 or 2 people. Eat in or eat out - a fully functioning kitchen, a large refrigerator/freezer minutes away from Malibu’s finest restaurants. FYI driveway is steep cobblestone/gravel/dirt combination . small soft hot-tub❤️ pls read rules!
