Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

In the cooler side of Topanga just 4 miles from the beach. Along the creek, open space and beautiful energy. A/C. Beach 3.6 miles away. House is on well water. In the heart of Topanga Canyon, our newly renovated apartment sits below our home with its own entrance, washer/dryer, renovated kitchen, parking spot & private deck with canyon views. The apartment features two cozy nooks: the sleeping nook features a queen bed and the lounge has a mini pull-out futon for relaxing to an album or favorite show. Our little oasis is walkable to breathtaking trails, and a short drive to downtown Topanga, state parks and beaches.
