Located on the beach with direct access to secluded Charlesworth Bay and headland boardwalk to adjoining beaches. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

The 'Boatsheds' at Sawtell beach is a fully renovated unique funky apartment. Nothing is closer to the beach, estuary, & headland. Walk out the door to surf, swim, paddle board, fish, or walk 5 min to Sawtell village shops, best coffee & eats. Sawtell cinema, pub, & club, feature in the small village like atmosphere. The golf course is alright too. Suitable for a weekend or a week, it is comfortable, fully self contained with kitchen, laundry, BBQ deck, and peaceful surroundings.

Location! Fresh , stylish and comfortable self contained 1 bedroom studio located on main road in the heart of the harbour. Stroll down the jetty strip and grab a coffee or dine at the many great restaurants! Jetty theatre less then 100metres. Great walking and bicycle paths all around the coastline. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.
