Upea ja uusi asunto omalla sisäänkäynnillä ja yksityisellä parvekkeella. Näkymä aivan mahtava ikkunoista: vuoret ja järvi näkyi kauniisti sisälle. Ranta lähellä, kun käveli tietä alas ja meni alikulusta. Ystävällinen isäntäperhe, kiitos! Viihdyimme hyvin ja olisimme halunneet jäädä pidemmäksi aikaa. Autolla liikkuessa hyvä kohde. :)

Piccolo appartamento ben organizzato e con tutti i comfort, anche più di quanto mi aspettassi. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Alberto è un host molto disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere per qualsiasi necessità. Vivamente consigliato!

Georgia is an excellent host and the place is wonderful. A few steps to the beach and next to a lot of restaurants. It was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

From the minute we booked to when we checked out, the family was available to us for recommendations. They made the stay enjoyable and stress free. We will be back and we highly recommend this family.

Carlotta ist eine total liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin. Der Check-in war super unkompliziert und auf Nachrichten hat sie schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Man hat sich in der Wohnung außerdem sehr sicher gefühlt (abgezäuntes Grundstück, dicke Wohnungstür mit Guckloch und Kamera). Nur das WLAN funktioniert leider in den hinteren Schlafzimmern kaum bis gar nicht, aber darüber konnten wir zumindest hinwegsehen. Die ebenerdige Terrasse ist auch super schön um die Sonne etwas zu genießen und der Strand ist gleich um’s Eck. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung von Carlotta nur empfehlen!

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

Bei Vanessa fühlt man sich von Anfang an bis zum Schluss wie zu Hause. Sie war sehr freundlich und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Ankunftszeit Abreisezeit ..... Sie hat uns Restaurants empfohlen und Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben Sogar als der Duschkopf defekt war wurde er Fachmännisch am selben Tag noch repariert. Wenn es überhaupt was zu bemängeln gibt dann höchstens das der Fernseher nur italienische Programme hatte und es kein WLAN gab. Was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Der Strand der große Supermarkt und die Flaniermeile mit zahlreichen Restaurants waren zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Sehr gefreut hat uns auch ihr Geschenk..... Zwei Liegestühle und einen Schirm am Strand Wir können Vanessa und ihre Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartamento è stupendo con mobili nuovissimi e tenuti molto bene. La pulizia è impeccabile come la biancheria da letto,da bagno e della cucina( tovaglie,canovacci). Cucina ben fornita,anche con una macchina da caffè con capsule. Abbiamo trovato, con piacere, capsule di caffè,bustine di zucchero,marmellate,latte,biscotti,pasta,sugo,una piccola forma di ottimo formaggio, yogurt,succhi di frutta,acqua,olio,sale,pepe ecc tutto quanto ancora sigillato quindi in ottime condizioni igieniche. Il bagno molto grande e con una doccia che a definirla paradisiaca è ancora poco. Se non si fosse capito, siamo stati molto contenti di tutto e sicuramente torneremo di nuovo. Grazie a Ettore e ad Attilio che ci ha accolti in modo ineccepibile al nostro arrivo.

Die Wohnung war für uns ein absoluter Traum. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, auch mit diversen Lebensmitteln. Ugo und Graziella waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Wir waren als Familie im Oktober hier.Die Wohnung liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains-was im Sommer bestimmt toll ist, wir hatten leider absolutes Pech mit dem Wetter sodaß es eher dunkel war.Der Pool den wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten war trotzdem sehr gepflegt und wir konnten an einem Tag dort ein wenig Sonne genießen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet-es gab sehr viele Handtücher und alles war sehr sauber.Die Lage ist ruhig-für uns dann etwas zu ruhig da die Saison bereits zu Ende war und es nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe gab die noch geöffnet hatten. Im Sommer ist es dort sicher etwas belebter.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wohnung vorgefunden und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bei Abreise hat sich der Vermieter auch sehr flexibel gezeigt. Also, rundherum 5 Sterne für alles! Danke nochmal!

Sara und ihr Mann waren super freundlich, locker, flexibel und umgänglich. Direkt guter Kontakt, es ist möglich, sie jederzeit zu erreichen. Check-out auch etwas später möglich, wenn keine direkte Buchung im Anschluss. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ind der Anlage wird Wert auf Mittags-und Nachtruhe gelegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Angenehm ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Ich selbst war mit Krücken unterwegs. Ging schon, aber es ist im 2. Stock über Treppen zu erreichen. Zum Meer war es mir mit Krücken zu weit. Ansonsten stimmt die angegebene Zeit von 2 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Es gibt auch eine gute Parkmöglichkeit am Meer vorne. Jederzeit freie Parkplätze. An der Unterkunft gehört ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz zur Wohnung. Areal ist komplett abgeschlossen. Keine Stechmücken an der Unterkunft, da im Ort gesprüht wird. Alles in Allem würden wir jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen. Wirklich sehr freundliche Leute.

El departamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas lindas vacaciones. Me sentí como en casa. Emanuela muy amable. Recomendado al 100%

Paolo is the best host one can imagine, responsive, helpful and attentive. The appartment is ideal for small company like 3 persons, beautiful surrounding, convenient transfer to Venice and sea right in front of the window. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

As soon we booked the apartment we found a great welcoming, a clear instructions, easy and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and we feels like we are in home the apartment was clean and furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was prepared well and the best part i enjoyed with was the large terrace with super view show Garda lake with the mountains and nice jacuzzi up there. Highly recommended for family and its enough for 5-6 people. Miss Olympia was very kind and so helpful that she shared with us list to around the area and nice local restaurant. Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

Questo appartamento al mare tipico con vista sulla splendida Chioggia è un vero paradiso. La posizione è perfetta, per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro dí Sottomarina a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura, con ampi spazi e una terrazza che si affaccia sul mare, la vista è mozzafiato frontale a Chioggia e al porto di pescatori , il sole entra abbondantemente dalle finestre, con un tramonto meraviglio! La pulizia e l'organizzazione sono impeccabili, ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per garantire il massimo comfort. Il servizio di gestione è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Se stai cercando un appartamento al mare che ti faccia sentire come in vacanza, questo è il posto giusto. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e divertente.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!
