Welcome to our lovely nest in the heart of the Dolomites (Alta Badia)! Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Appartamento di circa 50 mq con entrata autonoma pensato per il maggior confort possibile. Ristrutturato nel 2020 propone 4 posti letto (1 camera da letto matrimoniale + divano letto). Cucina ben attrezzata e stufa a pellet per le serate più fredde. Disponibile stanza deposito sci&bike/asciuga scarponi e lavanderia. With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con molto gusto e cura nei dettagli. Si trova nel Residence Palace, difronte alla funivia Faloria, a 3 min a piedi dal centro. Composto da : camera da pranzo con angolo cottura, salotto con divano letto, due camere, due bagni, terrazzino con vista sulle Tofane. Finestre triplo vetro insonorizzate. Posto auto riservato all'aperto, ski room con armadietto riscaldato.

Questo accogliente appartamento è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale del centro di Cortina. L'appartamento è al piano terra, arredato in stile ampezzano. Il soggiorno si affaccia su un giardino condominiale munito di piccola panca e fontanella da dove si possono ammirare le Tofane. L'appartamento è dotato di TV a colori con digitale terrestre, WiFi, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, minipimer, aspirapolvere.

The building has no elevator and overlooks the railway promenade. - Walking distance to center (800m), ski lifts (900m) - 18 sqm, 4th floor - Double bed (140cm) - Independent electric heating - Adjacent room for storing skis and boots - Free parking in front of the building As it is an attic, the roof is low in some areas, which may be an issue for tall people.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Comodo appartamento nel centro di Cortina

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano a 150 metri dal centro di Cortina e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dallo Stadio del Ghiaccio. E' molto comodo anche per chi volesse sciare: ci troviamo a pochi passi dalla Funivia delle Tofane e a pochi minuti dalla Funivia Faloria. L'appartamento, dotato di terrazza, è confortevole e silenzioso.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
