This is a studio, guest cottage on a quiet woodland property, 1/4 mile from the main road (Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Road) and VTA bus service. A short walk to the Lagoon (5 min), Vineyard Haven (shopping, ferries), The Manuel F. Correllus State Forest (bike path), The YMCA of MV (day passes avail), The MVRH Performing Arts Center (concerts/performances), 10 minute drive to local beaches (Bend-In-The-Road Beach, Oak Bluffs / Joseph Sylvia State Beach, Edgartown / Beach Road, Vineyard Haven).

Large yard and plenty of off-street parking. Walk to nearby beaches and restaurants. FRIDAY to FRIDAY, weekly rentals only, June 27 - September 5. Significant DISCOUNTS for longer stays. Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

The house is filled with art from local artist Alan Whiting, Colin Rule, Kara Taylor and Scott McDowell. There is so much to do and explore. The adventure is just starting so make sure to pack up your swimmers, suntan lotion and get out the door. Kick back and relax, you're home. Lovely farmers porch with adirondack chairs and table. Very private. Off street parking. No dogs or any pets of any kind, . Please only 2 people. Children are people!
