Took this homestay during my recent visit to Tirupathi and I can say it is worth every penny spent. Great location, nice ambience, flexible support staff and Ashok Reddy being great host. Definite recommedation to the people who are looking for homestays in Tirupathi.

We are staying in this place for the second time. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the Temple Town. It is a quiet place with a peaceful neighborhood. The host is a very responsive and made us at home, when we stayed at her place. She gives clear instructions and she is also available to give clarifications when needed. The Self Check in, had been always smooth and hazzle free. The place is also well served by Swigy and Zomato and we didn't find any difficulty to get food of our choice. All the amenities were in a good working condition and the furniture and fixtures were well maintained and functional. On the whole we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will make this place as our "Go to" place whenever we visit Tirupati in the future. And we strongly recommend this place to anyone who have plans to visit the Temple Town.

We had an excellent experience at this homestay. The rooms were neat, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, making our stay very comfortable. Nirupa is an amazing host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout. She even went out of her way to assist us in an unexpected situation, which is truly appreciated. The location is peaceful and serene, far from the hustle and bustle of the city—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for calm place.

Stay was amazing. Been with a big family of 7 and the stay was spacious and perfect. Everyone had their private space as well. Host was responsive, friendly and made sure we were okay each time. Best place to stay with family if you don’t like squeezing in hotels

I highly recommend this place. Go for it without any second thoughts! We stayed here for our Tirumala darshan, and it's a clean, cozy house that can easily accommodate around 8-10 people. The host, Kamini mam, and the manager are very helpful, flexible, and warm. If you have difficulty reaching the place, please give the manager a call, and they will guide you or might even come out to fetch you. Would love to stay here for our next visit as well!

Likitesh is a positive host with timely guidance and approachable behaviour. First of all, we felt very safe here. Secondly it’s in a good location and easy to find. Good Restaurants nearby and Park opposite to location. Really enjoyed staying here. Support staff were good and cordial. Thanks for a good host.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this duplex homestay with our family. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids had a great time playing with the available toys, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals and avoid outside food. The property offers excellent privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for families. All the electronic amenities, including the AC and geysers, worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a private and pleasant experience.

The place was on the rooftop which was really cool and it had an excellent view. Could see the hills in the rain. The host also sorted me out with a great travel service that helped me do the Darshan in reasonable price. I had a great trip and a big thank you to the host for making my trip a success.

It is as described and same as shown in photos. One can view the Tirumala hill from the balcony all the time. Just 2.5 km from the bus stand and railway station. Mr Viswa is a responsible host.

good homestay with a reasonable rates, kitchen facilities are good, washing machine is also available which helps us lot.. This homestay feels like home to us, Thank you for the wonderful stay

The workers and manager was very helpful and kind to us. It was listed as cooking equipment is available but when we arrived it was not. But the manager was kind enough to arrange all our needs. Very thankful for it. Will surely recommend this place.

We visited the property in Nov 2023 it was awesome and Mr Ashok the owner of property was very helpful, supportive. The house was so good , clean and its a really beautiful house worth the price. We all loved it

We booked this apartment to visit Tirupati temple and it was on a very location and distance from the temple. My family loved the apartment and their service. Highly recommended 👍
