There is also a desk and chair dedicated for office space. Note: only room located upstairs is bedroom4.. Located in a small town and within walking distance to restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Tipton Park. Home is an easy 24 minute drive to Westfield's Grand Park sports campus and just 20 minutes to Kokomo.

We are in walking distance to downtown Tipton, CVS, McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, etc. We are also 26 miles from Ruoff Music Center, 21 miles to Grand Park, and 19 miles to Kokomo.
