Updated ranch home on a private 3-acre oasis with a heated pool and custom pergola/deck. Chef’s kitchen w/ new appliances, microwave, air fryer, cookware, Keurig, and espresso machine. 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens), 2.5 baths, and 6 additional queen beds. Enjoy 8 smart TVs, high-speed internet, board games, corn hole, and a heated garage gym with NordicTrack and sauna. Minutes from Purdue and I-65. Pool closed for winter starting around October 23rd, reopening Memorial Day (weather permitting).
