Seahorse Tiny House in the Pines

Of our three tiny houses at Bugs in a Jar Farm, Seahorse in the Pines is our most popular. It offers the most seclusion and privacy for those wanting to get away from the crowds. As the name implies, it also offers deep shade most of the hot summer. Relax in the hammock under the pines or on the private screened porch, and enjoy the hilltop breeze. Seahorse has its own private outhouse, although the community bathroom and kitchen are a short walk away. There is private off-street parking nearby.

Creekside Comfort

15 minutes to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Located in the Finger Lakes alongside Six Mile Creek, our historic home has been updated to offer modern comforts. Meals/groceries/live music are all a 5 minute walk away at Brookton's Market. The community center across the street hosts a seasonal farmers' market. Guests will have access to the beautiful backyard with an outdoor kitchen to enjoy a meal/walk/sit by the water and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek. On the bus route.

Experience serene relaxation with your family at our cozy retreat. Wake up to the soothing sounds of birds in the expansive gardens of this house, just a short 8 minutes drive away from Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. Venture out to explore the charming wineries and breweries nestled around the Finger Lakes for an unforgettable day. In the evening, unwind and relax in the hot tub to soothe away the tiredness of the day. It's the perfect way to end your day with comfort and tranquility.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a wonderful place to retreat off the grid for some much needed R and R. This cabin is right in the middle of the woods with a babbling brook in listening distance. Our bath house is a short walk away and consists of a bathroom and shower. There is a working toilet in the cabin, and the kitchen is furnished with kitchenware and other essentials. Parking is by our Bed & Breakfast house and we will drive you from there to the cabin.

Enjoy privacy and picturesque views on our 130 acre farm in upstate New York in one of our two rustic cabins. Spend your days fishing in a stocked pond and at night watching the stars next to a camp fire. The cabins are lit up with solar lamps and an outside toilet is just a few steps away. The hutch has a supply of different board and card games. All dogs are welcomed here and they will even have a stocked treat jar awaiting them.

The Overlook @ Rolling Oaks

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Placed on 300 acres with 13 miles of trails for walking, mountain biking or e-biking. This tower is 3 stories with the bottom level consisting of a shower, bathroom and a large concrete patio. 2nd floor is a covered deck with a table and chairs and the top level has a Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave and hot plate.
