Wake up to a serene view of the Susquehanna River and experience the nature of Tioga County in this modern rustic renovated home. Located 3 minutes from Tioga Downs, 4 minutes to a boat launch/fishing site, 15 minutes from the historic town of Owego, and less than an hour to Seneca Lake and the start of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails Whether a relaxing weekend getaway or a trip to watch harness racing, our riverfront house is fully equipped and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

The Bison Spirit

Cozy home located on a previously working buffalo farm. State hunting land is one mile away. Public fishing within ten miles. Ski resorts, Watkins Glen International Speedway, Cayuga Lake, Binghamton University, Tioga Downs Casino, all within an hour drive. Concert goers can enjoy concerts at Floyd Maines Arena and The Forum in downtown Binghamton, as well as many locally owned breweries and restaurants. Also, the Finger Lakes Wine Trail is close by. This is a great place for people to enjoy!

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Ithaca, this spectacular space is an ideal getaway. Designed by a Cornell trained architect, this solar powered home features unbeatable views, a soaking tub, original artwork, modern kitchen, and a gas fireplace. The outdoor space features dining areas and sun loungers. The Barn is about a 20 minute drive to beautiful state parks, gorges, waterfalls, and wineries.
