There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, movie channels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, big yard. No pets or small children.

The Vardo - a charming bohemian caravan

Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood. The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

This private flat occupies an entire lower level of a house and includes all new finishings, new mattress, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. Just 4 miles from Cornell and 5 miles from downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College, this popular stay is perfect for parents visiting students, couples celebrating a special occasion, friends needing an escape, or anyone craving a romantic or adventurous getaway. Longer stays are also welcome.

BOHO HOUSE- A Rural Escape For The Modern Bohemian

Welcome to Boho House- a rural sanctuary just minutes from downtown ithaca. Our bohemian themed home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room. Since the modern bohemian still has an office job we have high speed internet and lots of places to work including a dual monitor setup ready for your Zoom calls and spreadsheets. Outside enjoy distant views, campfire, picnic table, and BBQ. *Note that the home is 1/2 of a duplex. All indoor and outdoor spaces are private.

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. A cozy cabin on the banks of Cayuta Creek, immersed in natural beauty. Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. This quaint 2 bedroom apartment is located in a converted 1800’s boarding house in the darling hamlet of Brooktondale. It has old original charm with modern updates, plenty of light, a fully equipped kitchen, and new comfortable queen mattresses with luxury linens, powerful shower and soaking tub. There is high speed internet, washer and dryer. A perfect place for a longer stay or for visitors to rest up after a busy day exploring the area.
