Sweet Country 3 Bedroom Apartment

There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, movie channels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, big yard. No pets or small children.

The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

Log Country Inn Balcony Room

We've been operating our Bed and Breakfast since 1987! This room is one of the most peaceful spaces on the property. It is an upstairs bedroom with access to the loft and its own private balcony overlooking our fishponds and forest. We are located right on the edge of state forest — 11 miles South of Ithaca College and 14 miles from Cornell University. *The water on our property comes from a Sulfur Springs well. While it is filtered, some guests have noticed a sulfur smell from time to time.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Loving Farms Agro-Forest Cabin Tent

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Enjoy a peaceful off-grid stay in this 12 x 24-foot Canvas Tent. The tent has an indoor wood stove, compost toilet, and wash sink. Firewood, potable water, coffee, tea, and hot cereal mix provided. There is also an outdoor picnic area with a fire pit. You can walk, hike, or run trails on our 118 acres of farmland, meadows, and woodland, or just relax, read, meditate, and/or listen to the animals.

Our place is close to Cornell University, Ithaca College and the city of Ithaca - all less than 8 miles. Ideal for college weekends. You’ll love our place because of the beautiful landscaping, serene location, and high-quality interior. We live next door in the event anything is needed. The property is surrounded by ponds and woods. The house is great for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. We recently added a 32” Roku HD Smart television.
