Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Come and relax in our 2-bedroom, lower-level space and enjoy stunning views. A country setting and only 7 miles to the Ithaca Commons, Cornell and Ithaca College. Visit the nearby Brookton Market (24 beers on tap), or hike/bike in the nearby Shindagin Hollow Forest or the South Hill Rec and Dryden Rail trails. Take day trips to the Finger Lakes wineries and breweries, visit one of the many state parks or ski at Greek Peak. This is a perfect spot to stay for a visit w/ your Cornell or IC student!

The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.
