Είναι εντός της χώρας Τήνου. Απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της χώρας. Είναι πλησίον του δρόμου που οδηγεί στα χωριά. Απέχει 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο απο την πλησιέστερη παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά. Δίπλα ακριβώς βρίσκεται φούρνος και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκονται και τα δύο σούπερ μάρκετ του νησιού (Σκλαβενίτης και ΣΥΝΚΑ). Τέλος δίπλα υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για τα χωριά.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.

In 4 km distance from the port of Tinos, in the picturesque village of Tripotamos, Villa Tripotamos is built and fully renovated on one level having a large terrace with private pool and offering beautiful views to the sea and mountains.
