Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju u staroj kamenoj kući u pitoresknom istarskom selu Mrgani , samo 24 km od Rovinja. Legenda kaže da je u njoj živio zloglasni gusar kapetan Morgan nakon što je zakopao svoje blago u Dvigradu u Limskom kanalu. Stara kamena kuća potpuno je renovirana 2023. U sklopu kuće su 2 smještajne jedinice koje se mogu iznajmiti pojedinačno ili zajedno. Udaljenosti : Pula 40 km Poreč 24 km Motovun 35 km Najbliži dućan i ljekarna - Kanfanar 7 km More/Limski kanal 6 km

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom.
