The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin.

Magnolia House is a brand new architecturally designed home within walking distance of one of Hobart’s pristine beaches. Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed. Car recommended, 35min to airport & city. Pets request.
