Buzzard Barn near Woodhall Spa

Buzzard Barn is a luxury 2-storey cottage with exceptional views over the rural Lincolnshire countryside. It has 2 bedrooms (king sized and twin) and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The cottage includes a hot tub, EV charger, enclosed garden and log burner. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, coffee machine and microwave.The downstairs is heated by underfloor heating. Buzzard Barn is attached to Tawny Barn which can also be booked through Airbnb. 2 extra guests at request can stay.

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.
