Peaceful, spacious property, short walk from downtown Nehalem and minutes by car from downtown Manzanita and the Pacific Ocean. Home lovingly restored by local family, featuring gourmet kitchen, office space, full washer/dryer, smart TV in family room, games, toys and many cozy amenities. Patio and terrace have gas BBQ, fire pit, and private view of pasture and Nehalem Bay - frequently visited by local herd of Roosevelt Elk. Please see house rules on events/parties. The Carriage House B&B/Entire house

The Carriage House at Blooming Dales Farm. Farm Victorian style. Two bed rooms, queen-size beds. Views of the Cascade and Coast ranges. Nestled in Oregon's wine country, only 40 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Easy access from Portland and Salem. Pricing is based on double occupancy. Additional $30/night per bed if using the extra beds in the great room. Note: The Carriage House does not have a stove top or oven. See "amenities" for all the conveniences available in the Carriage House.

Your friendly pup is welcomed to travel and stay with you here. 🐕

With 2200 square feet of living space, it's perfect for two families. The backyard is a kid's paradise, featuring sand and play structures, and it backs up to a forested area with trails. The garage is fully stocked with bikes for the whole family, along with sand toys and beach chairs! Come relax and enjoy!
