Art Studio - Rustic Cottage near Imperial Beach

Welcome to my cozy cottage, only 2 miles away from Imperial Beach! Along with its close proximity to all major tourist locations, such as beautiful white sand beaches, Coronado with the famous Hotel Del, the lively Gaslamp District of Downtown and minutes away from Tijuana, Mexico, my place has a quaint farmhouse style courtyard and porch where you can enjoy the outdoors and relax in the evenings. I hope you will create special memories from your San Diego vacation and feel at home at my place.

BEST VIEW in BAJA! Beachside Villa on dolphin path

2.5 story beach house. Best view in Playas. Boutique vibe, museum-like decorations. Very safe. Amazing views of the beach, surf and islands; watch dolphins and surfers play in the mornings and at sunset. Meal/laundry service available upon request. Large backyard with grill, outdoor lounge and dining: all ocean front. Tons of amenities and special touches. Owner is an art history professor in San Diego. House is 5min from boardwalk, 15 to the border, 20 to Rosarito. Short and long stays welcome.

Oceana Towers condos beach Quiet side clubs)

On Rosarito Inn property area. Right on the beachfront, the condo faces the pool and spa. White water view on the beach. In downtown Rosarito, in prime location. Walking 1-2 min clubs, bars, restaurants, bac huge artisanal marketplace. Best jaccuzzi ever, strong jets!!!! Everyone has agreed that this location is tops. Within the large pool, which is on the beach front, a small pool for children that's a little warmer. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchen gadget Kureg and coffee maker

"Cozy villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, located in Rosarito, 5 minutes from the road, but away from the noise. Ideal for those looking for a home in a relaxed environment, without losing the proximity to services and beautiful beaches, the bars and restaurants (Papas n Beer) are 10 minutes away. Wide spaces, natural lighting. The city cuts off the water service without programming, a water tank with 1250 liters reserve water for 2 days for 10 people, additional recharge is guests paid

cozy studio in Playas de Tijuana

natural semi rustic colors, living room space with a sublevel (3 steps up) to the bedroom area divided by a closet space and fish tank. The studio has a kitchen and private bathroom (shower). You are greeted by host when arrival and normally i leave toiletries if needed. For you to be at ease and enjoy your stay I will be in main house across the patio and for extra I can offer a guided tour in the city, wine country or if you just want to take a time to relax I can offer a mini spa treatment.

Villa Serena

Villa Serena is a gated community with great places to eat nearby & shops in close proximity. Centrally located five minutes from downtown and approx 20 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, Villa Serena is a great place to stay for weekend getaways or longer stays. The nightlife is minutes away which makes it convienent and inexpensive to take a quick taxi/uber right to the strip. There's plenty of parking and 24 hour security at the gate. The guard will also call taxi for you.

We are located centrally. Ten minute drive to Tourist District, Baja California Center (Convention Center) and beaches. Next to Toll Road to Ensenada and Tijuana. Walking distance to Mega Market (Soriana), taxi zone, and excellent restaurants. Ten minute drive to a large shopping center were you will find a Wall Mart, Applebee's, Peter Piper Pizza, theaters, casinos and many other mexican retaurants.
