Il loft di Adrian a Palermo è stato un vero colpo di fortuna! Prima di tutto, Adrian è una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il loft è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Una menzione speciale va al bagno: spazioso, moderno e davvero confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della subte, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è sia “spaziale” che spaziosa, con ampi spazi per rilassarsi e lavorare. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di Adrian: è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

The apartment is super cute, comfortable and has super fast internet. The location is excellent, a safe neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, cafes and very close to Plaza Italia and public transportation. Maria Giselle is very responsive and replies quickly to any question or enquiry. She was also very flexible with check in and out times. Will stay there again!

Excellent! First time in Buenos Aires and the hosts were really good at communicating with me. The apartment is in an excellent location to explore Palermo. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

El departamento está en pleno Palermo ideal para disfrutar la zona! Es tranquilo y silencioso, amplio para ser un mono ambiente. Martin y Nicole fueron flexibles con mi ingreso y ágiles con la comunicación!

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona de más movida de Palermo, la plaza es hermosa y con juegos espectaculares para niños, además tiene supermercados y otros negocios cerca. No es una zona tranquila, así que no la recomiendo si tienen sueño liviano. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, está bien equipado. Al ser estilo loft hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento total de sonido y luz con el resto del departamento. Pablo es super amable y responde los mensajes rápidamente. Sin dudas volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Buenos Aires!

Hosts were very friendly and responsive when needed, the apartment was like in the photos and got every single thing you may need for you to use during your stay, would recommend this place 100%, great location!

The apartment was in a convenient place - we liked it. It was comfortable and the price is just really cheap for a few nights. Definitely recommending it for others.

c'est toujours un plaisir que d'être hébergé chez Fernando.. Aucune mauvaise surprise.. bien au contraire.. Immeuble très beau, réception avec agents de sécurité très professionnels.. L'appartement en lui-même est formidable, calme et très ensoleillé.. l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre historique.. Adresse à retenir.. Merci beaucoup.. A très bientôt

We were met by pedro to store our luggage in a lockable compartment as we had arrived early. We were texted when room was available and our luggage placed in the room. All the facilities were there but we did find it a little noisy with us able to hear the neighbours and a dog barking. However, this did not spoil our stay too much as the bed was super comfortable. The apartment is super safe with 24 hour security.

Tudo ótimo! O quarto é maravilhoso, cama muito gostosa, a banheira ótima! Tudo conforme as descrições do anúncio, ótima localização, bem segura e linda, a anfitriã muito gentil e querida. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes! Recomendo muito a quem deseja ter um experiência maravilhosa em Buenos Aires!

Maravilloso apartamento! Desde que entré la experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento está impecable y tiene una vista maravillosa a la piscina con una vegetación que te hace olvidar que estás en la ciudad. Tiene ubicación muy buena y el edificio cuenta con todas las comodidades. La host fue extremadamente atenta. El check in es muy práctico y el portero es muy amable. Tuve una estancia excelente y de seguro voy a regresar.

Centrally located loft in Palermo SoHo area with many trendy shops and restaurants around the corner. EZE airport is 45 min and the APE/ Ferry Terminal about 25 mins by car. As you explore other areas of BA most places are a 20-25 min uber rides (traffic) and conveniently BA hop on hop off (yellow bus) has a stop at the street corner of the home. Host was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Plenty of room for a family with kids.

Un plaisir de passer un mois entier dans cet endroit splendide. Le quartier est super, les prestations de l'appartement sont top et Gustavo est le plus charmant des hôtes. J'espère pouvoir retourner passer du temps au même endroit. Parfait pour un séjour court ou long, vous allez adorer !

Nice and lovely loft, very cozy and like at home. Books, music, lovely kitchen space. Great area to stay and easy access to public transportation. Just minutes away (walking distance) to the subway and buses. A variety of restaurants and cafes. Very friendly and great. Both Anastasia and her assistant nothing but hospitable. Will come back in the future. 10/10

Realmente mi familia viajo por trabajo y fue todo tal cual se detalla en la publicación. Quedaba muy cerca de los lugares a donde tenían que ir, súper accesible la zona y se puede estacionar en la calle. Muchos medios de transporte y restaurantes en la zona. El señor Lepi siempre fue atento al extremo muy flexible con el check-in y el check out, y tuvieron una atención maravillosa. El departamento es hermoso, muy cómodo con todos los servicios como se detallan en las fotos. El lugar súper luminoso y con una vista increíble. Realmente se sintieron como en casa. Sin duda 100% recomendable y un lugar para volver cada vez que se tenga que viajar a Capital. Más que agradecidos!

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Siempre es un placer hospedarse en el depto de Claudia, ella es súper amigable , el departamento es cálido , limpio y bien organizado. Se duerme muy bien, ademas la ubicación es excelente, tranquilo frente a la plaza y con todo cerca. Recomiendo :)

Nuestra estadìa fue excelente, se adaptò perfectamente a lo que buscàbamos para nuestra estadìa de tres noches por tràmites en Buenos Aires. Mariana super amable, se adaptò a nuestros horarios a pesar de que llegamos un sàbado tarde a la noche. Muy atenta lo que necesitamos, inclusive nos facilitò algùn utensillo que nos habìamos olvidado, asì como dos juegos de llaves. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo muy còmodo. Incluso cuenta con una pequeña biblioteca con libros interesantes. La ubicaciòn del departamento es excelente, en una zona es muy segura, tranquila para llegar de noche, con una oferta muy grande de cafès y restaurantes a escasos metros. Los vecinos del edificio muy atentos tambièn. Muy recomendable. Seguramente la volvamos a elegir para nuestra pròxima estadìa breve en BA. Gracias!

el edificio es nuevo, cuenta con seguridad , cámaras, es amplio y cómodo. el barrio es muy tranquilo y se puede andar tranquilo.

Jimena es una gran anfitriona, disfrutamos mucho el apartamento los días que estuvimos en Buenos Aires.
