Weathercock House and its enchanting garden share the air, peace and fertility of Kenya's tea-growing highlands, where Nairobi seems distant as another planet. And yet, as a photo shows, the city still seems so close, you could skip down the lawn and launch yourself into its roiling imbroglio.
