Bright & stylish, sea, nature, relax

Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

This is the Villa Ira in Zia, It has a remarkable view of the Sea, and a Lovely Garden with a beautiful Pool It can host up to 7 People, 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, It's great for Families or Multiple Couples staying the Nights together. It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! Έχοντας ανακαινιστεί πλήρως πρόσφατα, το Φιλία είναι ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 48,14 m², κατάλληλο για αυτούς που αναζητούν ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά (διατίθεται βρεφ. κρεβάτι), με μεγάλη εξωτερική βεράντα και ιδιωτικό κήπο. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα απέχοντας απ΄αυτή 80μ. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και ATM. "Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
