Enjoy this beautiful spacious home in a gated community. Super comfortable house, with 4 bedrooms, 5 Queen beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and large terrace. The house is exquisitely decorated so that you can enjoy our facilities, as if you were at home. The house is minutes from the highway, mall, outlets, restaurants and beautiful beaches in the north of PR. The community also has a swimming pool that you could enjoy while staying at our facilities. House is perfect for 5 to 10 people.

Big studio near to the beach with security and control access. 5 minutes to the famous Mar Chiquita Beach. 6 minutes to Los Tubos Beach. 12 minutes to Walgreens and Walmart Supercenter. 16 minutes to Puerto Rico Premium Outlets. 44 minutes to International Airport San Juan A few minutes to the highway where you can go to any part of the island. Make lifelong memories! Beach hopping paradise made easy. 7-10 min walk (or 3 min drive) from iconic Mar Chiquita Bch. Soak up the sun or cool off in the big, private, beach entrance pool complete with floating dominoes & more. You will love big cozy beds for a restful night's sleep, outdoor flavor with gas and charcoal grills and endless fun with a bar, Smart TV, karaoke machine, ping pong, foosball, etc. Cross the street to a local yummy bakery. Government photo ID required after booking.

Our beach house has spectacular ocean views! Is close to beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the quiet relaxing neighborhood, and comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You can walk or drive to Mar Chiquita beach. If you walk it will take you about 1-3 minutes. If you decide to drive it will take you 1 minute. Other beaches too in area.
