Beautiful Beachfront Condo on Mar Chiquita Beach with an Oceanview and only steps away from the Beach. It is newly renovated with a open concept kitchen and living room where you can enjoy Free Wi/Fi and Cable TV. We have a balcony with 2 high top tables and chairs and 2 rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view and the crashing of the waves. There's an outdoor patio right off the beach with a BBQ grill, table,, chairs, outdoor shower and its conveniently located next to the pool.

The apartment is fully equipped and located at the front of the house. It is nice, quiet and spacious perfect for relaxing or bringing the whole family. Enjoy the wonders of staying locally in a friendly neighborhood and enjoy near beaches, restaurants, casino, department and grocery stores. We are located near expressway 22 that will make it easy for traveling to other parts of Puerto Rico like San Juan, Mayagüez, Aguadilla and other beautiful cities and entertainments.
