One of only 20 condos DIRECTLY on the beach. Our 2 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished condo serves up breath taking ocean views and sounds. Just thirty steps to the beach! The condo has a communal pool, security and gated access. May you enjoy the sky above you, sand beneath you and peace within.

It is 3 min drive from one of our unique and hidden gems, Mar Chiquita Beach; 7 min drive to Cueva Las Golondrinas Beach/Cave. The apartment is fully equipped and located at the front of the house. It is nice, quiet and spacious perfect for relaxing or bringing the whole family. Enjoy the wonders of staying locally in a friendly neighborhood and enjoy near beaches, restaurants, casino, department and grocery stores. We are located near expressway 22 that will make it easy for traveling to other parts of Puerto Rico like San Juan, Mayagüez, Aguadilla and other beautiful cities and entertainments.
