Romantic Somerset hideaway

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

The Garden Room

In Backwell, a 20-min drive from Bristol Airport, relax in the quiet garden room, a contemporary self-contained double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Arrive to chocolate and a glass of wine, maybe on the terrace. There's juice, fruit and a cereal bar as well as tea or Dolce Gusto hot chocolate, cappucino or Americano. Please let me know of any allergies or intolerances. The Rising Sun is a short walk away and provides great food and drinks all day. Heaven Coffee House is very near too.

Modern Studio in Long Ashton

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Nest at Backwell

Situated in Backwell near Bristol and 3 miles from the airport, the Nest is a bright, relaxing and peaceful space. Two great pubs and cafes, takeaway and grocery shops are within a short walk. Great transport links from the Nest to Bristol via train and bus and the airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The Space King size bed in open plan bedroom/sitting room with small double sofa bed. Large ensuite. Mini fridge. Shared garden. Guest access Private access separate to main house.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

Great location for trips to Bristol, Bath, Clevedon & Somerset, just 20 minutes from Bristol airport. This spacious cottage, newly renovated in 2024 includes generous parking, countryside views and a private courtyard. Blending traditional style with modern convenience, this property has underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, a large shower room and wifi. Ideal for 2-4 people. Hosts are on hand if needed but properties are completely separate.

The Coach House dates from 1862 and is a quiet, self-contained property in very good condition. It is located 100m away from the beach, has good access to local walks and is a 5 minute walk to the delights of Hill Road and The Beach where you will find an eclectic selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Please note that prices have been updated in line with AirBNB’s new policy of including their charge into what you see as the price to pay.
