All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Situata in una posizione tranquilla vicino al paesino di Cavagnago (1020 m s.l.m.), questa tipica cascina della valle Leventina offre una vista mozzafiato sulle maestose montagne che la circondano.
