Il bagno dispone di 1 cabina doccia ampia e di una vasca da bagno. Nel salone open space cucina/salotto ci sono a disposizione la cucina con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e una stufa a legna che scalda ambiente e anima nelle giornate autunnali e invernali. D’estate invece la grande terrazza viene sfruttata al massimo per aperitivi e bagni di sole.
