Hallenbad (Ostern bis Ende Oktober), Fitnessraum, private Liegewiese und Strand, einige Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Appartamento di tre locali in casa bifamiliare parzialmente ristrutturata in zona abbastanza tranquilla e verde. Soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, camera "ragazzi" con due letti singoli. Piccola cucina completa di tutto. Patio privato su piscina condivisa e giardino privato con pergola e orto fiorito. Ideale per 4 ospiti, non adatto a bambini sotto i 2 anni. La piscina non ha protezione quindi potenzialmente pericolosa.
