L'appartamento si trova sulla terrazza di un palazzo storico al centro di Roma, nel palazzo c'è un ascensore, la vista è stupenda e potrete godere di meravigliosi tramonti; 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, dalle linee della metro A e B e dal terminal dei bus collegati con gli aeroporti. Luminosissimo e tranquillo la spaziosa zona living con la cucina che ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, ospita il divano letto alla francese per due persone. Il bagno è confortevole e fornito di tutto.

Situato nella vivace via Alessandria, a due passi dalla storica breccia di Porta Pia, Via Veneto e Villa Borghese. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica e centrale consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro storico. L’appartamento si trova a 20 minuti a piedi da Stazione Termini o 10 minuti con bus. Il quartiere è servito dai principali servizi: ristoranti, negozi, supermercati.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 15eur per day.

Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.
