Adorable one-bedroom hideaway with fantastic views

Relax and unwind in this spacious and tranquil space. Leave your car and wander through the paddock to find this fabulous hideaway, tucked away, but yet enjoying fantastic views from the roomy terrace, a sun trap during the daytime, but cosy and oozing charm round the fire pit in the evening. Light and airy open plan interior, with well equipped kitchenette and separate shower room, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, backing onto the woodlands and a short walk to excellent local pub

The Barn

Surrounded by open countryside and a superb walking distance away from the Devils Punch Bowl our converted barn is the perfect place to come and relax. It comfortably sleeps 5 and is self contained with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We have Ultrafast fibre (up to 500mbps) should you need it for work or just to stream a film. The barn sits within our grounds and is private however should you need anything I am always around. We are within an hours drive from both London and Goodwood.

Independent Annex accessed from courtyard with parking 3 rooms comprise of double bedroom, fitted kitchen/dining area (cooker, fridge, microwave) shower room Heating WIFI, small TV, patio area, garden views For singles a couple and infant under 2 The kitchen includes a cafeteria, coffee, breakfast starters - bread, butter, tea, milk, fruit juice, marmalade and cereal. Let us know in advance if you have a problem with these relating to allergies The Annex is not accessible for wheelchairs

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

17th Century Self-contained Barn Near Godalming

Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. A foldaway single bed can be supplied upon request. Free WiFi is available. Amazon Prime available on TV

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Oak Tree Retreat

Nestled between two treasures of the National Trust, the Devil's Punchbowl and Golden Valley (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), this quirky cabin is the perfect place to get out in nature—or to simply relax in a cosy cottage garden and soak in the wood-fired hot-tub. Little Cowdray Glamping - The Log Cabin

Little Cowdray Glamping Log Cabin is a self contained mini home, with a comfy King size bed, 2 Single Bunk beds, cooker, oven, microwave, bathroom with shower, log burner, and central heating. It has all the necessary accessories and utensils you will need for your stay. The Cabin has it's own Garden area, hot tub, and includes parking and outdoor seating. There is a Gas BBQ should you wish to dine outside or star gaze.

Self contained studio in Lower Bourne, Farnham

Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish self contained studio space, with private patio. Studio is detached from the main property in the garden of a family home. Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
