The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Wellfleet, National Seashore, Rail Trail, Drive-in Theatre, Provincetown, and countless beaches.

There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.
