Το Kapsalakis Penthouse, βρίσκεται σε ένα από τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία στην πόλη της Κορίνθου, μόλις τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία (Παναγή Τσαλδάρη ή Περιβολάκια) και τα καταστήματα της πόλης. Επίσης σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (6 km) βρίσκεται η πολυσυζητημένη παραλία Καλάμια και σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο το πανέμορφο Λουτράκι με τις Ιαματικές Πηγές και τη νυχτερινή διασκέδαση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι 40 τ.μ. διαθέτει μπαλκόνι 120 τ.μ. τ οποίο έχει θέα όλο τ Κόρινθιακο.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το κατάλυμα μας προσφέρει ζεστασιά, απομόνωση και υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό του Παρνασσού καθώς βρίσκεται σε πλαγιά, στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωριού.

Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
