Love this place for family trips. 2nd time with this host.

Nice place, as described. Property had good amenities and friendly staff. Would like it if a/c wasn't blocked from going below 69, and/or some fans for moving air. Back room got a little stuffy for me, as I sleep in very cool rooms generally.

This is a great resort! With covered garage parking, very clean rooms, friendly staff, a pool, and 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs it’s such a great place to stay. My only concern was that wifi was not included in the room, which should be a given for any resort room. Even still we had an amazing time and I cannot rave enough about how great of a place this is. The value for the price is unbeatable, we would definitely return!

Had to wait for a room to be available and the time share people are annoying but it's expected at a resort. Room and resort were as expected.

Simple, clean, with nice common amenities. Small but smartly equipped kitchen with thoughtful touches like generous coffee mugs. An additional shelf in the shower (and a grab bar), operable windows and easily adjustable louvered shutters, Solatube lighting and good fan in what would otherwise be a dark interior bathroom, and robust Wi-Fi all added up to thoughtful details that made the smallness very livable.

Alison was highly responsive - any question was answered accurately, quickly and in a friendly manner. The place itself was spacious and clean - exactly what we needed after a long day at Joshua Tree. If we had known it would be so good, we might have arrived a night earlier…

Absolutely!! We booked last minute and then Fred found out we were traveling with our infant and kindly upgraded our stay without adding fees or even requesting it.

For my first Palm Springs trip, Gina's Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal – close to the aerial tramway, dining, and shops. Check-in was easy, and the front desk was incredibly helpful. I loved the apartment-style space with hotel perks. I'll definitely be back!

Emily was great, really communicated and responsive to messages. Check in & out was straight forward. The apartment was as described and kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets. The complex had multiple pools, along with tennis courts, golf and gym. There’s something for everyone. Great stay and would welcome to anyone.

Marriot Shadow Ridge is so great.. especially for children! I was able to request a building, which made our stay even more delightful! Do not even think twice about Colm’s place! Book it, so you don’t miss out!
