Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

A peaceful and cosy two-bedroomed traditional flint cottage in a gorgeous countryside location just 5 miles from the stunning North Norfolk beaches and coastal walks. The interior design is thoughtful & charming, with vintage touches and luxurious details including Egyptian cotton linens, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. The quirky shops, fishmongers and deli of Burnham Market are a short drive away and there's a great selection of local pubs and incredible beaches to choose from.

Marsh Mellow House is a beautiful and spacious property, recently renovated to a high standard for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. A three-minute walk will take you to the Boardwalk across the marshes, perfect for a scenic walk to Brancaster Beach or Brancaster Staithe. The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

Bakers Yard, Thornham

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

Sandpiper Cottage, Thornham

Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.

Holiday Cottage in Thornham

East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Charming 15th century cottage in historic Hingham

Bank House is a 15th-century timber-framed building, it has been fully restored using traditional methods and reclaimed materials wherever possible. Many original features, but with modern and functional facilities throughout. It lies just a short stroll from the pretty Market Place in the fine and ancient town of Hingham - with it's Grade II listed, Georgian architecture.
