Tingewick Barn

Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

2 Bedroom cottage. Situated at the end of a long private driveway, on a small farm with horses, chickens & dogs. Direct access to farm land and excellent footpath & bridleway network close by. The accommodation is privately situated with beautiful countryside views. Bring your own dog or horses, stables, grazing, arena and horse walker available. Private garden. You may even get a visit from neighbouring deer. Dog walking service available. 1 dog permitted, more maybe considered.

Only a stone's throw from Buckingham, where a dedicated bus service runs to Silverstone for the season's big events. Padbury itself has two lovely pubs, a few minutes' walk away.

There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
