The Inn- Newly Renovated Designer Furnished

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

The Hen House

This 26 foot long tiny home has all you need for a cozy trip away whether it be for business or pleasure. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a half dozen of our very own eggs! There is a smart tv located in the living area with a small dining table as well. The loft hosts a queen size bed perfect for two. The bathroom has a full-sized shower and tub. There is air conditioning and heat via a mini-split.

Weekend Away Studio

Located a block from Continental Square, this historical building is cute and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend downtown, the unit offers city views from a corner room with lots of natural light. This studio apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Kitchen wares, linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. Please read all details before booking. Centrally located: 30 min. to Harrisburg or Lancaster; 1 hr. to Baltimore or BWI airport; 2 hours to Philadelphia. Ski Roundtop is only 30 minutes away! Hiking and biking on local rail trail. Happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge; snacks and bottled water provided.

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! Basement Apartment

This is a walkout, basement apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac in York, PA. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed. Dedicated workspace in bedroom as well. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower. The apartment has a living area with a comfy sectional couch and large screen TV. This apartment also has a beautiful, full-size pool table! Please note that the apartment does not have a kitchen. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker in the apartment.

This unique place has a style all its own. Our second floor apartment is ideal for two comfortably. Perfectly located for work or leisure, and just steps away from the Appell Center, Revs Stadium, York Rail Trail, restaurants, historic sites, and art galleries. The York Fairgrounds and Graham Center are a 10 minute drive away. We welcome guests for short or extended stays. Need more space, or have a larger group? Cozy up on the hammock with a good book, spend the day on the lake with our two complimentary kayaks, roast marshmallows over the fire, sip wine to a spectacle of fireflies, settle into rocking chairs for some stargazing, and wake up happy 😊

Our well-kept, 5000 sq ft vacation home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in York, P.A. Bedroom layout: 1st bedroom on FIRST FLOOR-Queen bed 2nd bedroom- Queen bed(Jack and Jill bathroom shared with 3rd bedroom) 3rd bedroom-Twin bunk beds 4th bedroom w/en-suite bathroom-Queen bed 5th bedroom w/en-suite bathroom-King bed and crib BASEMENT: Queen bed w/full bath *There is a tv in every bedroom.

Conewago Cabin #3 (No Cleaning Fee!)

All are welcome in our cozy 1 Bedroom plus loft Cabin #3 along the Conewago Creek. Peaceful and relaxing, & the creek is just a step away and is great for splashing around in the summer to cool off. No smoking. Fully equipped kitchen & Washer and Dryer. Carport parking space. Pets are welcome. All pets must be disclosed prior to check in. We charge a $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please.
