Spacious, super clean and cozy downtown Tallahassee condo within walking distance to FSU, civic center, and nearby parks in quiet “all saints” area. Queen bed in master bed/bath & amenities include fully equipped kitchen, super fast wifi, and HBO max on the living room and master TV’s. Condo is right next to Doak Campbell Stadium. Walk to the stadium, sports fields and courts, FSU circus, and more. Walking distance to Gaines St District and College Town with all the bars and restaurants you'll ever need. TV has most apps pre-loaded (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) and you can log into your own streaming accounts. There is no cable television, only the apps you sign into with your own account. This is a gated complex and occupant will have one assigned parking space during their stay.

The 2nd story balcony is great for relaxing and watching the golfers or just simply enjoying the views of the lake. Enjoy choosing from 2 master suites or the loft for the more adventurous guests with a ladder access. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen and fresh white linens and basic bathroom supplies. Wifi is available to guests. Free parking for 2 spaces and road side.
