Our cosy 1 bedroom traditional stone house is located on Aisopidi street, few min away from the central square of Lavrion, the Marina and the port. It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα, με μεγάλη βεράντα και θέα, στο τρίτο όροφο πολυκατοικίας με ασανσέρ σε αυτόνομο οικόπεδο με κήπο και θέση πάρκινγκ.Η απόσταση από την παραλία Αναβυσσου είναι 500 μέτρα, καθώς και από το κέντρο της αγοράς τα εστιατόρια και τα καφέ. Η πρόσβαση είναι εύκολη με την αστική και υπεραστική συγκοινωνία για όσους δεν έχουν αυτοκίνητο. Με αυτοκίνητο το αεροδρόμιο και το λιμάνι Λαυρίου είναι 20' λεπτά ,ο ναός του Ποσειδώνα 15' λεπτά και το ιστορικό κέντρο της Αθήνας 45' λεπτά .

Cosy seafront appartment at porto rafti's marina. Right next to the sea, you can hear the waves , 20m from a small beach. Cafes and restaurants at 1min. 20mim to the airport. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. Παραλία για μπανιο στα 20μ, όμορφες ταβέρνες και μπαρ με τα πόδια σε 5λεπτα. Σε πολυ ήσυχο σημειο. Στον 3ο όροφο ( χωρίς ασανσέρ) επιφάνειας 30μ2.

Located in a safe family area, next to a square with cafes, banks, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is a one-minute walk to the Dafni metro stop (red line) only 4 stops to the Acropolis, five stops to Syntagma, and one stop to a big shopping Mall. The studio is vibrant and has a great vibe! Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Noura Studio – Ideal for weekend getaways & peaceful escapes by the sea. Just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The entrance and courtyard are shared with the homeowner, who lives on the same property. However, the studio offers complete privacy and exclusive use of the courtyard. The property is located near historical landmarks, such as the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio, and is only 30 minutes from the airport.
