Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια από τις πιο κεντρικές οδούς των Ιωαννίνων. Απέχει μόλις 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Ιωαννίνων και το πεζόδρομο με τα εμπορικά κατάστηματα. Τα πιο σημαντικά μουσεία, τα πάρκα και τα γνωστά πλακόστρωτα σοκάκια απέχουν ελάχιστα. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2024 για να σας παρέχουμε την καλύτερη δυνατή διαμονή. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον 4ο όροφο δίνοντας έτσι τη δυνατότητα να έχετε θέα ακόμη μέχρι την ιστορική λίμνη Παμβώτιδα και το δάσος του Φρόντζου

Das moderne, ruhige Apartment mit fantastischem Ausblick befindet sich in der Besten Lage der Stadt, der Bougainville Bay. Der Strand liegt direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Ein paar Schritte entfernt gibt es Strände mit Sonnenliegen, Beachclubs, einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Strand, Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Sie müssen nicht auf einen Berg steigen und können sich bequem zu Fuß bewegen. Der geräumige Balkon hat einen Esstisch mit sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer und Korfu.

Brand-new Family Villa Ami, with private mini golf

Large Family Villa with 5 bedrooms. It will be the perfect family getaway with private minigolf course, heated pool, an outdoors gyms, a court yard with a large scale croquet/pool game, a fenced play area for young kids and plenty of extra space to run around. The heated pool can be fenced off at any moment and indoor stairs are equipped with safety gates. The Villa is located 150m from the sandy Roda beach which has extremely shallow waters for the first 25m making it ideal for kids to play.

Villa Boubouki is a traditional house, built in the 1900's that has been completely renovated. It offers 45 square metres of space and is ideal for 2 people (possibly 3). It has a spacious and comfortable bed sitting room, with separate kitchen area and bathroom. It has a garden of over 50 square metres with two sitting areas which are surrounded by flowers and herbs for our guests to use. We recommend car hire to make the most of the surrounding area.

Angelos Studio3 with amazing bay view.

This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay.
