Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Guinea Fowl Roost

Escape to the tranquility of our spacious 2 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the countryside on our family run farm. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Explore the nature trail through the woods, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. The Victorian Barn

The Victorian Barn is a beautifully converted barn which provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

Enjoy the romantic charm of your Coach House escape. This tranquil open-plan space has everything you need for a relaxing break. You're perfectly situated to explore the rolling Leicestershire countryside with its many beautiful walks, castles and stately homes. Watch narrowboats rise through the staircase at Foxton Locks, discover historic Market Harborough, or just take time out to relax and rejuvenate! Can do early check in/ late check out, just ask.

Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Ostlers Cottage

Ostlers Cottage is nestled in a working Stud Farm in north Northamptonshire. Drive a mile down the drive and you will find a idillic retreat. Take time away from towns and city’s and enjoy real country side living. From your kitchen window you will catch glimpses of the fabulous horses bred and trained on site. It’s time to relax. The nearest town is the beautiful market town of Market Harborough which has restaurants and shops galore.
