Two bedrooms; one with a zip and link super king/2 singles and the other with 2 single beds. Also a modern shower room, large sitting room and kitchen. The Vintage - A Hidden Gem close to the Old Course

The Vintage... A well-struck 2-iron away from the 1st tee of the Old Course, 100 yards from the seafront and close to the town center. Tucked away but in the middle of it all, The Vintage is a delightful, free-standing, fully renovated, three bedroom house with a large conservatory and a unique private patio garden. Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.

It is conveniently located in a quiet residential area five minutes drive or a 15 minute walk away from St. Andrews famous golf courses town and beaches. M&S, Aldi, Morrisons, Spar and late opening food shops are very near. One Kingsize 5' wide bed and two single beds Free on street parking. Entry by Keysafe. Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.

Greyfriars Apartment was built on the remains of Greyfriars Friary, built in 1458. It is a Victorian listed property, a perfect haven for golfers and those who enjoy a life of luxury.
