This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy

The size of the apartment is ideal for 4 guests for a short stay (1-2 days) or for 2-3 guests for a long stay (1 month and more). The area is very calm and quiet, perfect for walking and relax. Great restaurants at walking distance. The building is located in the Montrose Historical Dist and built in 1950, completely renovated in 2011.
