Enjoy the included continental breakfast in the shared, gourmet kitchen to serve at a luxe hardwood table amid exposed brick, large picture windows, and vibrant artwork and decor. * New private & modern bedroom with private bath. * Newly renovated 3-bedroom mid-century home with private swimming pool & lush landscaping. * This B&B listing includes continental breakfast we set up daily in the shared gourmet kitchen. Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Casita Hideaway at South Mountain

1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.

Enjoy all the benefits of the country side without leaving the city! Located at the foothill of South Mountain, you can immerse yourself in the desert landscape while at the same time enjoy close proximity to downtown Phoenix and Tempe. Connectivity is also a plus as the airport and main freeways are just a short 10 minute drive down 24th Street. The home includes new furniture and mattresses, well kept appliances and two smart TVs. House is deeply cleaned and sanitized after every visit.

Desert Trail Hideaway

Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization!

Thanks for looking at the Copper State Casita. Our desert chic inspired casita is centrally located and nearby the Arcadia neighborhood. Tucked into an older neighborhood, it’s a 400 square foot studio with its own private patio. All the comforts of home in a small package. A short drive to Airport, Tempe, Scottsdale & Downtown Phoenix. Great for couples, business travel, friends, or small family. Just a few short minutes by car to trails, shopping & many popular restaurants.
