Luxury Beach House - Game Room & Hot Tub

Rebuilt from the ground up in 2018. European oak hardwood floors and custom finishes throughout. During the day, enjoy walking to the beaches, surfing, and shops only minutes away. After a day of fun in the sun, BBQ with friends and family. Then, gather around the fire pit, hang out in the game room shooting pool and then take a soak in the hot tub. Bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs included for guests use. No visitors or outside guests at any time. Only 8 registered guests max.

Peaceful Treehouse with Ocean View

Featured by Sunset Magazine as a “chic escape.” Inside, mid-century furniture and architectural details are made of natural materials like wood and stone setting a calming, sanctuary tone throughout. Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens. Awesome location, just steps to Pleasure Point, the famous "Hook" surf spot, Privates Beach & the vibrant 41st Ave eateries & breweries, surf shops & eclectic shopping district or a short 15 min walk to Capitola Village. Stroll/ cruise (4 bikes provided) along the cliff, grab a beach chair & towel & hit the beach or just relax in the backyard oasis. Nearby is golf, wineries, Big Trees State Park, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Home is not child proofed so use caution booking for kiddos under 2

Opal Cliff Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, home on Opal Cliff Drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun things! Views of the ocean across the street. Privates Beach a few doors down and the Hook Surf Spot and Pleasure Point at the corner - several sets of stairs. Lovely 15-minute walk to Capitola. One of the oldest and favorite vacation rentals in Santa Cruz - over 22 years! Many repeat guests. Super well supplied. Luxury, comfy accommodations. Perfect spot!

Three beautiful, quiet, private and secure rooms within our home, with separate entrance. PLEASE NOTE: It is part of a home, not entire home as listing heading implies, due to Airbnb's limited choices. Lovely garden with outside sitting area. 20 minute footpath/walk to beach through green belt and harbor, great restaurants nearby including three at the beach, short drive to downtown for live music and arts. Host is German, practices acupuncture.
